The IT Dept. has been gearing up to provide online services, said Chief Information Officer Shannon Post “I believe strongly that the user experience should be easy and graceful, whether it’s paying for swimming lessons or keeping up with local issues. This is the beginning of a long line of improvements that aim to make interaction with Borough services easier for the public,” Post said.
